i bought that property mid 70's for $61k. wish i could have hung on to it. of course the basement was very low and you couldn't do central air unless you completely renovated the heating system. looks about the same as it did then except for the new kitchen cabinets which i don't really like. p.s. the house has a nice walk up attic which could easily be enlarged. lovely shady yard.
